Vacuum Decay Leak Detection Tester AUTO GBM-L1
The AUTO GBM-L1 is an advanced leak detection and package integrity testing system that uses the Vacuum Decay Method to detect micro-leakage in finished packaging products.
The instrument performs non-destructive testing, ensuring that packaging samples remain intact after testing. This helps reduce testing costs and eliminates the need for sample preparation before inspection. It is especially suitable for the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.

Model
Dual-Sensor Dual-Cycle Technology
The system combines a high-performance Absolute Pressure Sensor and Differential Pressure Sensor, providing an accuracy of up to 0.1% FS. It can effectively detect both large and small leaks, calculate the leak hole diameter, and instantly display test results as Pass or Fail.
Excellent Sensitivity and Stability
For rigid packaging samples, the instrument offers leak detection sensitivity as small as 1 μm and repeatability of 0.8%, ensuring highly accurate and reliable test results.
High-Quality Imported Components
The built-in vacuum pump provides a pumping rate of up to 3 L/s with a noise level below 50 dB. The system is also equipped with a Gas Mass Flow Controller capable of simulating micro-leaks with a resolution as low as 0.001 mL/min, providing highly reliable method verification.
