Shock Testing Equipment
Emerson Apparatus designs and manufactures pneumatic and free-fall shock machines, ranging from 5 to 5000 lbs payload for our free fall machines and 100 to 2,500 lb capacity for our pneumatic machines. Shock machines can produce shock events beyond the capabilities of electro-dynamic shaker systems.
– AVEX/AVCO models of pneumatic shock machines: the SM-105, SM-110 & SM-220
– Complete tear down/overhaul of the machine
– All micro-switch controls replaced with PC-based controls
– All new air-to-hydraulic braking systems
– Full data acquisition and closed-loop control package
