Leakage Tester GB-M (square chamber)
The Leakage Tester GB-M is a packaging leak tester designed to evaluate seal integrity and detect leakage in flexible packaging. Utilizing a vacuum system combined with a high-precision pressure sensor, the instrument enables manufacturers to effectively inspect the sealing quality of packaging materials.
The instrument is controlled by a microcomputer-based system, allowing accurate comparison and evaluation of sealing process performance. It also supports the establishment of production standards and quality control procedures in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and consumer goods industries.
Working Principle of Leakage Tester GB-M
The instrument operates by creating a vacuum environment inside a vacuum chamber containing water and the packaging sample. When a pressure difference occurs between the inside and outside of the package, any leakage can be identified by observing air bubbles escaping from the package or water entering the package.
This testing method enables the evaluation of seal integrity and the detection of small leaks that may affect product quality, shelf life, and product safety.
