LABORATORY BEATER TYPE VALLEY
The Laboratory Beater type Valley is used worldwide to beat with high repeatability and reproducibility pulps for Q.C. (Quality Control) and R&D (Research and Development).
This equipment beats succesfully most types of pulps, from hardwood short fibers like Eucalyptus to softwood long fibers like Pine.
– Nominal capacities of test (according to technical standard): 360 g (o.d.) / 23 L
– Total capacity: 40 L
– Contact force between roll and bedplate: 105 N
– Rotation of beating roll: 500 rpm
– Beater tub, beating roll, flybars, bedplate bars and working table made of stainless steel
– Pressure between beating roll and bedplate is accurately adjusted by exclusive integrated pneumatic drive and load cell system for measuring force applied on bedplate assembly
