D2504 & D2504/D2505

We are proud to announce the new standard bundles, “ASTM D2504” and “ASTM D2504/D2505”, to the market.

The ASTM D2504 analyzer is dedicated to the analysis of Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide and hydrocarbons in Ethylene and Propylene.

This analyzer covers the determination of carbon dioxide, methane, ethane, acetylene, and other
hydrocarbons in high-purity Ethylene and Propylene.

Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Carbon monoxide are determined in accordance with Test Method D2504.

The percent Ethylene is obtained by subtracting the sum of the percentages of the hydrocarbon
and nonhydrocarbon impurities from 100. The method is applicable over the range of impurities from 1 to 500 ppm mol. Carbon dioxide and Hydrocarbons are determined in accordance with Test Method D2505.

The AC ASTM D2504/D2505 Analyzer determines components listed below
Analytical Scope – Trace level impurities in Ethylene / Propylene
ASTM D2504: H2, O2, N2, CO, CO2 (HID)
ASTM D2505: CO2, CH4 and trace hydrocarbons (HID/FID).
