COF Friction Peel Tester (New Model) FP-2265
The COF Friction Peel Tester is designed to measure both Static and Kinetic Coefficient of Friction (COF), as well as Peel Strength, Seal Strength, and light-force tensile properties. It can be used with a wide range of materials, including plastic films, paper, paperboard, adhesive tapes, labels, laminated films, and flexible packaging, making it suitable for quality control and laboratory testing applications.
The instrument can be configured with different COF sleds and fixtures according to specific testing requirements. It supports 180° Peel, 90° Peel, and T-Peel testing and features a color touchscreen for test setup, monitoring, and result review.
Up to 30 test methods can be stored in the instrument, while test data can be exported in CSV format with Sample ID and Report ID for improved traceability. The FP-2265 can also be used with MAP4 Testing Software for advanced data analysis, graphing, custom test method creation, data storage, and report generation.
With its flexible testing capabilities and systematic data management features, the FP-2265 is well suited for laboratories and QC departments that require multiple mechanical and friction testing functions within a single instrument.
