CONVENTIONAL LABORATORY SHEET
The FC-21AA is a manual laboratory sheet former used for the production of standard circular laboratory sheets for physical and optical testing.
The sheet is formed from a pulp suspension on a standard wire screen under suction generated by the flow of the water column.
This equipment became a standard for Q.C. (quality control ) and R&D ( research and development ) due to its sturdiness, precision, reliability and repeatability.
– The sheet former is supplied with automatic system for filling, homogenizing and draining controlled by a built-in PLC.
– Produces circular sheets: 200 cm / ø 160 mm
– Plexiglass stock container: 7L
– Stainless steel made #100/in standard wire screen gauze for sheet forming (optional #150/in). All parts in contact with water and pulp are made of corrosion resistant materials material.
– Water connection: 3 bar, 0,25 m /h, clean & pure
– Air connection: 6 bar, instrument quality, 0,1 m /h
