model DSG-21

The Disintegrator model DSG-21 is an equipment indispensable for the laboratory wet desintegration of pulp and the correct preparation of pulp suspensions.

This preparation is a key point for the determination of refining efficiency according to the Schopper-Riegler and Canadian Freeness methods, and for the preparation of laboratory sheets for physical
testing according to the Conventional and Rapid-Köthen methods.

Its Standard design allows to separate again interlaced fibres which were free in the pulp stock without appreciably changing their structural properties.

LATENCY REMOVAL DEVICE
model DSG-DL

The DSG-DL is a device for the DSG-2000 Standard Pulp Disintegrator which enables the removal of latency of all kind of mechanical, semimechanical and chemimechanical pulps exhibiting latency.

Its standard disintegration container with the characteristic internal spiral baffles can be heated up to 90°C enabling the preparation of pulp suspensions adequate for further regular use in the wet laboratory such
as determination of freeness and preparation of handsheets.

model D-150

The D-150 is indispensable for the correct preparation of pulp suspensions to be used in the determination of refining degree according to the Schopper-Riegler and Canadian Freeness methods, and to be used in the preparation laboratory sheets for physical testing according to the Conventional and Rapid-Köthen methods.

LABORATORY PULP FLUFFER
model PF-21The PF-21 is a high performance laboratory pulp fluffer which producesfluffed pulp, quickly and with high repeatability and reproducibility, for further use for chemical & physical routine tests for Q.C. and for R&D.

The chips of pre-wetted pulp are inserted in the top funnel, which guides them into the in-line fluffing rotor. Running at high speed with highinertia the fluffing rotor and its round bars fluffs instantaneously and
homogeneously the flow of pulp chips. The fluffed pulp is accumulated in the large lower container.

The JK-21 has six sets of beating units which are mounted in a horizontal revolving table that performs a planetary movement around the central shaft ensuring perfect homogenous beating of all samples.

The sample is inserted in the ignition chamber, which is a furnace at o 900 C, where all organic content is burned, remaining only the inorganic components.

The comparison of the initial weight of the sample and the final weight of the residue with an analytic scale gives the percentage of residue.
